Introducing Hero Hat Co., my hat company dedicated to making timeless and iconic hat styles accessible to everyone. As an American drama teacher based in Beijing, China, my story began during a Halloween costume hunt when I couldn’t find the perfect fedora locally. This challenge led me to discover an opportunity to help others facing the same situation.
I believe that quality craftsmanship and classic design shouldn’t come with a hefty price tag. My journey began with the Hero Jr., an open crown wool fedora that allows you to recreate vintage looks from the 1930s and beyond. Building on the Hero Jr., the Hero Classic offers the same iconic style, blocks, ribbon, and leather sweatband but uses a premium 100% rabbit felt body (with a different liner color) for a more luxurious feel. Both styles are manufactured to my exact specifications in Hebei, China and each is quality controlled by myself before shipping out.
As I grow the company, I plan to expand my collection with diverse styles and colors to suit every taste and occasion. My mission is simple: to provide you with the opportunity to express your unique style and embrace the elegance of a bygone era without breaking the bank. What started as my personal quest for the perfect hat has evolved into a passion for making quality headwear accessible to all.
